Challenging Conversations: Workshop for Reception Managers
This 3 hour training course* will introduce reception managers to models of leadership and the importance of critical conversations and performance management. We will discuss processes needed to ensure that systems are implemented safely and efficiently within their practice. CMT Clarimed Training has developed this workshop, considering pressures faced and the changing roles of non-clinical staff.
We will discuss the delegates approach to risk and the importance of understanding issues relating to practice protocols, supervision, competence and raising concern. Delegates will have access to relevant and up to date documents, videos and links on the CMT Clarimed Training website following completion of this course.
