We provide information that will ensure, as far as is reasonably possible, an infection free zone for staff and patients. This half-day course is specifically designed to train and update GP staff, both clinical and non-clinical, in the area of Infection, Prevention and Control. At inspection the CQC may wish to see evidence of training and knowledge in IPC for all staff. This is an easy to understand course including group exercises and quizzes, designed to involve the whole team. A list of useful CQC approved resources will be available to all delegates following this training course.

• Explain and demonstrate effective hand washing techniques.
